Mary Wells
Mary Wells, owner of Balanced Body Wellness, has been practicing in the health and fitness industry for over 13 years. After completing her yoga certification in 2011, Mary went on to become State and Nationally Board Certified in Massage Therapy. She also has several other certifications under her belt such as TRX, Power Pilates, Barre and Aerial Yoga. In 2017, Mary became an NASM Certified Personal Trainer, specializing in weight loss and Senior Fitness. She brings her knowledge of the human body, its functions and abilities to each personalized session.
